  7. We train your HACCP Team (and any other management representatives you want to attend) on their new HACCP Program (the training can include the current requirements for Food Safety Supervisor if needed [conditions apply]).
  8. We complete your first Internal Audit, Management Review Meeting and Mock Recall utilising the resources in your HACCP program and discuss the  findings with your, prior to your HACCP Certification Audit;
  9. A representative of The Gourmet Guardian is present at the HACCP Certification Audit to check that everything is ready before the auditor arrives and to assist you with the audit process;
  10. We provide you’re with a duplicate copy of your HACCP Program for your local council or regulator (if required).
  11. We provide electronic versions of all monitoring forms.
So what is HACCP?
